Write a useful introduction
Say what you offer, who it is for and where you work. A short, specific sentence is more useful than a list of broad promises. Keep the main headline brief enough to read on a phone.
Explain your offerings
For each product or service, include what is included, any options, and how customers can ask about it. Separate sample ideas from offerings that are currently available. Avoid publishing dates or prices that have not been confirmed.
Tell your story
Explain who is behind the business and what matters about the way you work. Use facts you can stand behind. Only name suppliers, qualifications or awards when the information is accurate and you are comfortable publishing it.
Review the contact page
Decide which email, telephone number and location details are public. Describe the information that makes a first enquiry useful. Read every sample paragraph and replace template business names before publication.
