Connect your menu to online sales

Check that the intended product reaches the intended customer sales page.

Confirm the setup

Online selling requires more than a product record. Confirm that your chosen ordering arrangement, fulfillment methods and payment setup are ready. Know whether customers use a hosted ordering link or an ordering experience attached to your website.

Use the product connection

Use the supported product-to-sales connection for the selected item. Check names and identifiers carefully if a sales product already exists. Avoid linking two different offerings because their names look similar or making duplicate listings to bypass an error.

Inspect the customer result

Review the image, description, sale unit, price and availability. Check that adding the item leads to the intended cart and that the customer's chosen fulfillment time remains valid. Use a supported test process for checkout and payments.

If the menu differs

Compare the product record and the linked sales item. Note whether the difference concerns price, availability or presentation. Contact support with the item and page reference; do not assume editing a cached page fixes the underlying product connection.
