Protect the account
Use a unique password and a password manager. Keep access to the email address used for your account secure, and enable additional verification where offered. Give each teammate their own account so access can be changed without sharing credentials.
When you cannot sign in
Check the email address and whether the browser is signed in as someone else. Use the password-recovery link on the sign-in page if needed. Read the recovery email carefully and open it only for a request you made.
Complete recovery carefully
Use the most recent valid recovery message and follow its instructions. An expired or used recovery link should be replaced through the normal recovery flow. Do not repeatedly submit passwords or recovery requests while a previous request is still being processed.
If you suspect misuse
Secure your email account and contact Chyve through a known contact route. Describe the unexpected activity and when it occurred. Never provide your password, recovery token or verification code to someone claiming to help; support can investigate without those secrets.
Need help with this task? Contact Chyve with the relevant business and record reference. Keep passwords and private access links out of your message.
