Prepare the announcement
Write the message around a real offering, date and service area. Check prices, availability and any image permissions. If an assistant helped draft it, read every claim before using it with customers.
Choose the destination
Select the supported, connected business channel and verify the actual page or account. Your business announcement is different from an article on Chyve's company blog. Do not assume one publishing action reaches every channel.
Review timing and approve
Check whether the action will publish immediately or schedule for later, including the timezone. Confirm the final text and media before approving the supported action. Keep a draft if the offer or details are still uncertain.
Confirm delivery
Inspect the result and, when appropriate, the external post itself. A draft, queued action or local success message is not always proof of provider publication. If the result is uncertain, check for an existing post before retrying so customers do not receive duplicates.
