Prepare the event
Define the event name, date, timezone, location, capacity and what a place includes. Decide whether one purchase represents one person, a table or another unit. Check the event workflow supported by your setup before advertising ticket sales.
Review the customer information
Explain arrival arrangements, contact details and relevant restrictions or requirements. Keep the available quantity consistent with your operational capacity. A normal product listing is not automatically a complete ticketing or attendance system.
Test the supported journey
Review how a customer selects places, pays and receives confirmation. Check the resulting event and order records with an agreed test process. Avoid making a live purchase merely to check how a page looks.
Handle changes and attendance
Reconcile cancellations, payment outcomes and any returned capacity through the supported process. Do not assume a refund automatically restores every event limit. Keep a clear attendance or handoff process and resolve uncertain records before selling the last available places.
